Knowing what to eat, how much or when can be a monumental task.  Add in the social nature of food in our culture and the fact that you are a unique individual, the process becomes even more difficult.

At PSC, we start each new client with an in depth assessment that covers a wide variety of subjects.  Our goal is to get to know you AND your body before we start working on your nutritional intake.  After this initial period, we work with you to create a sustainable plan to help you reach your nutritional goals.
